Creating positive relationships with the way we treat our body and mind is a vital way to ensure longevity and promote optimum levels of both physical and mental health. The difficult thing about this is that it’s often not obvious when our relationship with health practices becomes negative. It may be that we’ve been conditioned to have little to no respect for health practices, or simply that we are unaware of what’s best for our own body.

Many things associated with poor health can be either directly or indirectly linked to our lifestyle habits - the things we do on a day to day basis, the people we interact with, the eating, drinking, and movement habits we form.

Studies have shown that the most effective way to make lasting lifestyle changes is to correctly identify limiting beliefs and assess your existing relationship with the areas in your life (like health) where you could potentially improve.
