The Fast Fitness Program was created by Celebrity Health Expert and Fitness Hall of Famer JJ Virgin (CNS, BCHN, EP-C). With 35 years of experience in nutrition and fitness, JJ knows what she’s talking about!

In the beginning of her career, society’s understanding of what a “good workout” was consisted of mostly aerobics, especially for women. JJ recognized early on that cardio was not delivering the same results as other methods of working out, so she developed something better.

Today, we have the updated, research-backed version of what JJ pioneered decades ago. During this webinar, you’ll learn about:

- JJ’s Four Step Formula, which will detail how you can get all the best benefits of exercise in a short, concise workout without wasting your time on stuff that doesn’t work.
- The right and wrong way to exercise, as well as the what happens to your body when you do each.
- HIIT, also called high-intensity interval training, or burst training. This is the best way to get the most bang for your buck in terms of fitness, and it’s the method JJ uses with all her VIP clients and herself.
