Love Your Body - No Matter How Old!

Did you know that only 20% of your genes determine how long you live and what diseases you’re more likely to encounter as you age?!

This means that an overwhelming 80% of your body is yours to keep healthy, strong, and fit and to increase your overall longevity!

Learning how to love a changing body as the ageing process catches up on us is not easy, hence why it’s so important to invest in a solid fitness plan to make it feel that little bit easier!

It’s hard to hate a body you’re taking great care of, and it’s been proven that increased levels of fitness and activity greatly extend lifespans and allow for a healthier transition from one life phase to the next.

From mental health to physical health, all areas of our wellbeing are affected when we begin prioritizing fitness, and these effects can be observed especially as we get older!

Learning To Love The Ageing Process

It can seem impossible, but it is SO crucial to be open and accepting to the natural process of ageing that we all go through. By increasing levels of fitness and overall health, studies have shown that it’s possible to slow down the signs of ageing (and even prevent the onset of various age-related diseases)!
